Privacy, in plain English.

This site has no forms. Here is everything it does.

What this site collects

Nothing you type. Booking a session happens on Google Calendar, which collects your name and email under Google’s privacy policy. Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies or personal identifiers.

Google Analytics 4 counts visits and which links get clicked, so I can see whether a post on LinkedIn or TikTok brought anyone here. It sets Google’s analytics cookies and does not store your IP address. How Google uses that data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Block cookies in your browser and it counts nothing.

What I keep

If you book or email me, I keep your name, email and what we talked about so I can do the work. I never sell or share it. If you want it deleted, email lily@ossurlabs.com and it is gone within a week.

Who I am
